Zimbabwe abandoned their currency in 2009, the notes are no longer used as legal tender anywhere in the world (see our Hisory of Zimbabwe Hyperinflation page). While there have been an influx of people contacting us suggesting that the currency will be used again in the future, we have no specific information supporting this claim, and we are not of that opinion. We are NOT affiliated with anyone making these claims. While we guarantee all of our banknotes are genuine, we sell them as fun collectibles items, NOT INVESTMENT PRODUCTS.
Sales Cannot Exceed $1000 per person, per day
All orders are currently shipped via the USPS. All orders will come in the regular mail, NOT via Fedex or USP. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours but may take up to two business days. We will contact you if shipping would take longer due to stocking issues. Orders will come in envelopes that won't contain the name of our site for security reasons. We reserve the right to separate your order into multiple packages, or combine orders going to the same person at the same location that were placed at similar times. All packages are shipped from Rhode Island, USA.
For US orders
The US shipping options are USPS Priority or Express, or Fedex Overnight. Prices will vary and be displayed at checkout.
The Priority and Express mail options will include a tracking number. Priority will take usually 2 but sometimes 3 days depending on where you are located, and Express will take usually 1 but sometimes 2 days. To get an better delivery estimate, please go to http://postcalc.usps.com and enter 02904 as the "From" zipcode and be sure to click on either a Priority or Express package depending on what you want. Note that the USPS's delivery estimates are not 100% reliable and there's nothing we can do about this.
For International (non US) orders
International priority mail is given the estimate of 6-11 days.
USPS International Express Mail has an estimate of 3-5 business days. These are only estimates, though in practice they seem to be fairly accurate. The customer may be subject to tariffs or other fees.
Our policy lasts 30 days for US orders and 45 days for international orders. Once that number of days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee but we strive to leave every customer satisfied and this fee will usually be waived in cases that are not considered by us to be abusive.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To arrange a return, please contact us.
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes or a bug will occur in the software. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.
